I love food for its own sake. Fresh homebaked bread smothered with orange marmalade or a thick mushroom and bean stew with vegan dumplings – heaven. But I am also interested in food as nutrition. I want to know how food effects our health and the impact our diets can have on our lives. I know that veganism can make people Fit for Life and I want to explore how this can be done and share what I learn here for those that are looking for answers.
